Touchstone IQ offers a public-facing building owner portal that centralizes and simplifies the compliance process for building owners and managers. The portal allows buildings to see information such as compliance status and compliance deadlines for every building in their portfolio.
Owners and managers can use the dashboard to complete compliance-related processes such as filling out and submitting forms for extension or exemption requests, alternative compliance applications, property ownership claims, and other administrative processes and programs. This product was intentionally designed to provide the building owner community with a superior user experience.
